So, aside from my exam results, I do have some other news:

Good

• I finally got my John Muir awards; Discovery and Explorer.

For those of you who don't know what the John Muir Trust is, it's a conservation group to renew our Scottish country side.
It's good fun and makes me feel good to know I'm doing something for the wildlife.
I have to do more hours to get the final award, Conserver, but it's unlikely I'll get it with the school, but we'll see. :)

• I went swimming!

Okay, so that doesn't sound that exciting, but I haven't been swimming in around five years due to a - rather irrational- fear of water, so it was a big step up for me. I actually really enjoyed it, which was also surprising.

• I have a pen pal. Woo!

I (finally) got her letter, after much confusion about where to send it to and such. She's such pretty writing, and I hope my scrawl doesn't let me down.
Bought some lovely blue paper for my letters back, so I'm rather excited. :)

Bad

• My dog is really ill.

The eldest of my dogs, Lucky, our loverly black Lab is seriously not right. He's an old dog, and some rather worrying lumps all over. He's going off his food and has lost so much weight. His blood tests came back and apparently there was nothing wrong, but there really is. He has a biopsy on Monday, so fingers crossed, please.

• School starts up again, and I'm skint. Ha..

Ugly

• I'm covered in midge bites, and I've no idea where they're from, seeing as I haven't been anywhere. XD
• My hair is annoying me; too short to do anything with, but long enough to get in the way. I wish it'd hurry up and grow so I can lop it off again. xD
